At Mops, Inc., we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients in the Ontario region. Please review our Terms of Service before booking.

Service Agreement Mops, Inc. offers a variety of cleaning services for residential and commercial properties including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and more. Services can be scheduled on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis based on your needs. Our service rates and pricing can be found [here](link to pricing page). Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Client Responsibilities To ensure a safe and efficient cleaning experience, we ask that clients provide clear access to all areas requiring service and secure any valuables or fragile items. Please contain pets in a separate room during your scheduled service time. Any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions must be disclosed to our staff prior to service.

Our Guarantee Mops, Inc. takes pride in our quality work and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, simply notify us within 24 hours and we will re-service your home or office free of charge. We also guarantee the protection of your property while our staff is on site.

Safety First Your safety is important to us. We only use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for your family and pets. Our employees undergo thorough background checks and training to adhere to all health and safety standards.

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees.
